What about Shipping?
You pay the actual cost of shipping. We do not believe in making money off of shipping like other websites do.
We integrate with UPS and USPS to provide the shipping estimate which is uniquely based on the order’s weight, cubic measurements, and the delivery destination provided. We do not set our own shipping rates.
What about Returns?
We accept returns of unused and unwashed items with original packaging within 30 days of placing the order.
Please note that we charge 20% restocking fee on all orders. This fee is to cover the cost of handling, processing, folding, repackaging and restocking the items in our warehouse.
Where do we ship from?
We ship from our warehouse in Preston located just outside of Seattle.
Most orders received before 1pm PST are shipped out same day.
